LINKS Final Exam

Final exam will be due by the end of the school day of November 20th.  Anything turned in after this point will receive a zero.  The final exam will be 150 points and makes up 10% of your final grade in the LINKS class.

Choice #1- 150 points

Written Paper-

Requirements: Typed, double-spaced, minimum of three pages, page numbers in upper right-hand corner.  Student’s name in upper right hand corner of each page (MLA Documentation Style)

Two choices:

1)   “The Secrets of Autism”

2)   “Inside the Autistic Mind”

Choice #2- 150 points

Student Based Activity- Take your student out for an activity

-You must take your ASD student out into the community for an activity.  The activity is up to you and your student.  Past ideas have including bowling, lunch, going to the mall, playing laser tag, or cooking lunch.  You must have your plan approved by Mr. Wood before going any further.

-Requirements:

1) A written/typed plan

2) Mr. Wood’s approval

2) One-page minimum summary of activity

Brochure- Create a tri-fold brochure to inform a later LINK about the student you have been working with.
